Aggregate haulage for quarries,

Loaden Haulage operates a modern fleet of 44-tonne articulated tipper trailers, transporting primary aggregates, recycled materials and sub-base products between quarries, recycling plants and construction sites across Bedfordshire and the wider United Kingdom. All deliveries are scheduled to client requirements, performed to weighbridge accuracy, and supported by full documentation.

Bulk stone, sand, gravel and recycled aggregates
The Loaden Haulage tipper fleet is specified for the requirements of quarry operations: heavy abrasive loads, demanding delivery schedules and weighbridge tolerances that must be maintained. The service covers primary aggregates including limestone, granite and gritstone, building sands, gravels, ballast, and Type 1 and Type 3 sub-base products, in addition to recycled MOT, road planings and crushed concrete originating from recycling facilities.
Each load is matched to an appropriate trailer specification — bulk tipper for stone and sand, walking floor where overhead clearance is restricted — to ensure material reaches the destination in the required condition. All movements are plated, weighed and ticketed.

Direct-to-site delivery for construction and development
In addition to quarry-to-plant work, Loaden Haulage delivers aggregates directly to construction sites, builders' merchants and landscaping projects of all scales. Service provision ranges from individual 20-tonne loads of Type 1 for residential applications, through to ongoing scheduled supply for major housing and infrastructure developments.
All drivers are trained in site-banking procedures and adhere to FORS-aligned safety practices and CPCS site protocols, ensuring deliveries are completed safely and within agreed time windows.
Compliance and reporting
Tracked, compliant and fully documented
Every vehicle in the fleet is equipped with real-time GPS tracking, and live ETAs are available on request. Comprehensive job reporting is provided on a weekly or monthly basis as required. Tachograph compliance, regular maintenance schedules and full MOT records are maintained at all times, with non-compliant capacity declined rather than deployed.
Weighbridge tickets are captured against each delivery and supplied as standard, enabling straightforward reconciliation of tonnage between supplier and customer organisations.
