Industries we serve
Loaden Haulage operates walking floor and bulk tipper trailers in support of waste-management and recycling operations across the United Kingdom. The fleet is configured to transfer materials between waste sites, recycling facilities, biomass installations and energy-from-waste plants, with full waste-carrier documentation maintained against every movement.
Walking floor capacity
Loaden Haulage walking floor trailers provide self-unloading capacity of up to 90 cubic metres, suited to materials that are not compatible with traditional tipping discharge. Typical loads include RDF and SRF in baled and loose configurations, recycled wood chip and biomass pellets, compost and green waste, paper and card bales, glass cullet, and a range of process feedstocks for downstream recovery operations.
The moving-floor discharge mechanism enables unloading within confined yards, indoor processing halls and other locations where tipping equipment cannot be deployed, providing operational flexibility to waste sites with constrained discharge infrastructure.
Recycled aggregates
In support of the increasing volume of recycled materials produced by waste-processing operators, Loaden Haulage operates 44-tonne articulated tipper combinations to transport recycled MOT, road planings, crushed concrete and similar secondary aggregates from processing sites to onward construction and infrastructure customers.
The same vehicle and driver compliance standards applied to primary aggregate haulage are maintained for recycled distribution work, with weighbridge tickets and FORS-aligned safety protocols supporting both supplier and customer documentation requirements.
Documentation and compliance
Every waste movement undertaken by Loaden Haulage is recorded against the appropriate waste-transfer documentation, with GPS tracking providing live location data and recorded route history for audit purposes. Drivers are trained in the personal protective equipment, weighbridge procedures and site protocols specific to waste-processing facilities.
The company holds the relevant waste-carrier licensing and maintains the operational records expected by waste-management clients and the regulatory bodies overseeing the sector.
